• Review and analyze tender documents (ITT) from clients.
• Conduct and attend the site visits.
• Responsible for preparing estimates for Piping fabrication and installation, structural,Pipeline projects, equipment erection both Onshore and offshore projects.
• Prepare pre-bid queries by reviewing the scope of work and ITT documents.
• Develop rate and price breakdowns for each BOQ item by estimating material, manpower, equipment, subcontractor, and indirect costs
• Determine project scope requirements by studying project scope of work document, specifications, datasheets, client requirements and standards
• Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, estimate and studies for all deliverable involved in the assigned scope.
• Manage and take ownership of proposals, including written documents, presentations, and related materials.
• Create technical submission documents, such as project management plans, project schedules,technical qualifications and manpower and equipment histograms.
• Develop and deliver presentation to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with site staff and technical departments to gather practical information on work methods, productivity, and other factors impacting costs.
• Conduct onsite scoping surveys to identify and document technical and commercial requirements
• Check all calculations of various statistical data, quantity take off, material price list, labor cost/man-hour, equipment etc
• "Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and OEMs to obtain cost estimates for their services."
• Attend site visits and tender review meetings with clients
• Liaise with the other members of the team in the preparation of commercial proposal
• Responsible for preparing and assembling bids and proposals for various contract types
• Perform assessment of the subcontractor proposals to ascertain that the scope is covered and also manage the risk of scope gaps
• Work with the customer in order to close out and win the work quoted
• Assist in preparing the project budget.

• Assisting with the delivery and timely execution of the project and ensure the contract requirements are fulfilled.
• Manage and oversee the piping engineering work carried out by EPC contractors for major greenfield and brownfield projects as a key member of the client's project management team (PMT)
• Ensure the fulfillment of agreed-upon planned work scopes by completing tasks in a timely manner, thereby meeting all obligations.
• Check installation quality and subsequent verification are completed in accordance with drawings and documents.
• Participate and contribute to project planning meetings.
• Offer technical assistance, guidance, and support throughout the construction and installation activities.
• Troubleshoot piping design issues, identifying and resolving problems with engineering teams or fabricators by raising and addressing Site technical queries.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards and delivered on schedule.

· Review and Understand Project Contractual Requirements, Client Specification and other requirements.

· Ensure overall construction is executed in accordance within applicable specifications, drawings, codes and standards and to the requirements of the contract.

· Allocation of manpower on daily and weekly basis and identifying manpower resource requirements.

· Review MTO's, Review construction drawings, preparing method statements and risk assessments for individual work activities involved in the project & getting approval from the client.

· Responsible for structure installation, piping erection operations and pipe support installation in accordance with schedule, Procedures, Specifications and priorities.

· Follow up the status of spools and field run pipes from fabrication workshop and painting yard and coordinating for transportation of spools and fittings to site.

· Technically review construction documentation issued by client/consultant.

· Implementing piping work as per Isometric drawings, piping layouts, P&ID & GA drawings.

· Handling all piping technical queries and investigating all field pipe work related problems, including the drawing of field sketches when necessary.

· Technical co-ordination to Procurement department.

· Review and implement projects as per HSE and quality plans.

• Coordinated NDRC's and open cut road crossings for pipeline installation.
• Post test reinstatement and closing of punch points for final acceptance from client.
• Coordinated in carrying out pre-commissioning activities such as hydro test, pipeline pigging, caliper pigging and vacuum drying operations.

· Handle fabrication, erection of Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Reactors and Storage Tanks.

· Supervision of piping erection activities at site.

· Planned, organized and executed fabrication works in accordance with fabrication schedule and sequencing.

· Identified material, specification &inspection requirements and organized stage inspection as required.

· Organize materials and equipment for upcoming jobs in advance.

· Prepare daily progress reports and forward to Planning Department.

· Receive drawings & schedules and bill of materials checks for correctness and completeness of the materials.
