Worked in client office as an internal auditor-compliance officer wherein we had to perform the following tasks: -

• Book-keeping and journalizing according to type of transactions.
• Doing Ledger reconciliation and bank reconciliation of different bank accounts of firm.
• Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts receivable.
• Have done discount and premium entries for month of clients.
• Have done purity change and fixing of gold in case of our client who is a gold trader.
• Have prepared daily reports of stock and cash.
• Have prepared and analyzed various financial reports like Trial balance, Profit & loss A/c and Balance sheet.
• Record keeping and verification of all document's invoices.
• Implemented effective legal compliance program.
• Reviewed company's AML, TFS, Fraud management and Supply chain policy.
• Advised Management on company's compliance with laws and regulation.
• Conduct AML training for all staff updating them on new updates in laws and regulation, and ways to combat new money laundering methods.
• Verified process of CDD of all customers, clients, suppliers and have taken decision to onboard clients only after proper sanction screening (and adverse media screening) of all clients (in case of corporate their UBO's).
• Have conducted EDD and site inspection of all high-risk customers.
• Have conducted risk assessment of company through on going monitoring considering UAE National risk assessment and all AML regulation.
• Have done goAML filing to FIU (Financial Intelligence Unit) through various reports based on the situation like DPMSR, STR, HRC, PNMR and Fund freeze report.
• Preparing documents and facing periodic inspection conducted by the regulator (Ministry of Economy).

• Monitored status of accounts receivable and payable to facilitate prompt processing.
• Maintained detailed financial records of accounts receivable and payable status and bank reconciliations.
• Processed payroll by validating work hours and attendance of employees.

• As a teacher also taught students of class 11 Commerce following all teaching principles with proper lesson plan.

• Designed and implemented community driven programs to address issues such as education, healthcare and women empowerment.
• Have also worked in Axshya Project under Catholic Health Association of India (CHAI) to make India tuberculosis free.
