As a QA Manger in noon currently I'm handling all the QA activities for all the marketplaces such as noon, noonfood, noonGrocery, Instant and sivvi.
and other different squads such as customer, Payments, Discount and promotion, Order confirmation, Notifications, Vip & CoBrand squad etc,
Roles and Responsibilities
• Establish the quality management system and procedures.
• Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and
reliability prior to delivery.
• Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team,
product development team, and other appropriate staff.
• Daily scrum meeting with the Product team stakeholders with
different squads and responsible for work deliverables and task
impedance for different squads.
• Responsible for analysis issues came from the business team and
provide them solutions Involved in Preparing the test Plan and Test
strategy for each release
• Handling a Team of 20+ QA's working with different marketplaces
and squads.
• Expertise in defining Testing Standards and Test Strategies.
• Improve Processes in terms of Time management and Quality and
implementation of test strategy.
• Maintaining Bugs Management and Release cycles.
