  • Free zone-JAFZA (Venture of Al Ghurair Group), Include controlling the truck movement in and out of the loading bay
  • Always maintaining three trucks inside the loading bay, three to six trucks on stand-by ready to replace any loaded vehicle within a minimum time

  • Inspecting every vehicle/container for cleaned and sharp edges

  • Giving instructions to loaders (quantity and the arrangement of the sugar sacks to be loaded)

  • Managing the daily required dispatch targets
  • Arranging the Loading operations as per customer requirements and delivery schedules
  • Closing and dispatching the appropriate deliveries with required loads/quantity from SAP
  • Dealing with customers for requirements or for amendments in the plan
  • Generating Jebel Ali free zone gate pass for the appropriate loads/quantities
  • Create and issue Electronic gate pass which are being process online thru Dubai Trade
  • Communicate with AKS marketing, AKS accounts, AKS credit control, Transporter & Bagging and loading Dept
  • Communicate with Customers to confirm the delivery schedule
  • Maintain and keep records of Manual delivery note
