NKRALEFAC FOLEBE CANALDO

I am a mathematics educator currently teaching at the American International School of Abu Dhabi, where I work with secondary-level students, focusing on Integrated Mathematics 1 for grade 8. I bring over five years of diverse teaching experience, starting from my early days in Cameroon, where I taught Mathematics at various levels, including the Cambridge and GCE curricula.

I hold a B.Ed in Mathematics from the University of Buea, where my research emphasized innovative teaching strategies, and I am pursuing a Master of Arts in Education with Teaching Technology at the European International University of Paris. I am passionate about leveraging 21st-century educational tools to enhance learning outcomes.

My teaching philosophy is rooted in fostering inclusivity, collaboration, and critical thinking through engaging, hands-on activities. I prioritize professional growth, having published a workbook for secondary students in Cameroon and completed an IB Diploma Program course in Mathematics. Outside the classroom, I am a team player, culturally adaptable, and bring strong leadership and organizational skills, even as a soccer coach and culinary enthusiast.
