Procurement Department

• Follow up the requests from various departments;
• Tabulate data from various quotations/offers to assist in evaluation of vendors;
• Follow up with suppliers, as needed;
• Track the requests till LPO's are issued and liaise with departments for requested details and information;
• Compile documentation upon receipt of goods/services and forward the same to finance department;
• Reconcile vendor statements and report discrepancies;
• Analyze invoices and Prepare statements for deductions of traffic fines etc.

Financial Analysis Department

• Tabulate players data and playing times for analysis;
• Prepare presentations based on the data and material provided by the manager;
• Prepare reports based on club submissions, as required, to assist in analysis.

Projects

• Was assigned as team member to handle the registration of overseas attendees from the leagues over the world for the World Leagues Forum hosted by UAE Pro league in Dubai in October 2022.
• Registered the guests, attended to queries and completed the formalities with issuance of accreditations.
• Liaised with the team members in securing the rooms for the guests and assisted in planning the welcoming of guests on arrival.
