With a creative mindset, strategic approach, and expertise in media relations, communications, and planning, I craft narratives that drive connection and impact.
In this role, I oversee key corporate and government clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality PR campaigns that align with clients' strategic goals, while also driving new business development. A key highlight has been leading the launch of the National Academy for Childhood Development, managing multiple on-the-ground events in coordination with partners. Also, I continue to co-lead initiatives for the Department of Education and Knowledge for the third consecutive year.
I led the development and execution of strategic communications plans, setting and monitoring KPIs to track performance. I also spearheaded campaigns and events, including the Emirates Literature Festival and the Abu Dhabi Sports Championship, while overseeing the training and development of junior team members. A significant achievement was converting the international EdTech brand PowerSchool into a retainer client and successfully launching it in the region. I also played a key role in content strategy development, crafting internal media guidelines, and extracting case studies.
My role involved maintaining strong client communication, collaborating with internal teams to ensure projects are executed smoothly. Also, developing and editing content according to PR plans to ensure delivery of contracted scope, while stablishing and nurturing relationships with media outlets to secure coverage and enhance brand visibility for clients including Abu Dhabi Department of Education and knowledge, Mohammed Bin Rashid University for Medicine and Health and Al Jalila Hospital, among others.
Led quality assurance and reviewed all texts translated by junior translators to ensure alignment of the final material with the client’s intended message. Additionally, I contributed to strategic content planning for B2B, B2C, and B2G clients, creating sector-specific plans to enhance the visibility and exposure of their campaigns.
Collaborated with Sami Kleib, a renowned Lebanese Media Specialist, on content creation for digital platforms, including research, article writing, and report development— all executed remotely. Contributed written content to local news outlets, including DamPress, covering local events and news.
Translated texts between English and Arabic for leading clients across various industries, including government and corporate sectors, as well as marketing content for local, regional, and international brands. Also produced creative editorial content for clients across diverse sectors.
