Working as Sr. Project Engineer for the deployment of FTTH (based on GPON technology) - OSP & ISP projects in DUBAI.

· Developing detailed program for all activities of the projects, which includes submissions of site survey, material requirement, project schedule, resource allocation for the timely completion. Technical support, Testing/ Commissioning & up to closing of projects.

· Supervising the line plant work of Civil and Cable and checking quality of work at site. Ensuring that built network as per standard and efficient by reviewing site acceptance documents and advising contractor or management of any points related to acceptance before finalization.

· Providing an efficient level of correspondence on all matters related to tendering, contractual activities, financial reports, project progress, forecast of the section and evaluation of contractors and maintain up-to-date records of all personnel and jobs.

· Submission monthly statistical (Revenue) reports to the higher management regarding the performance and productivity of the projects and arranging variation sheet (if overrun)

· Resolving day-to-day issues/concerns/criticalities including coordinating with Govt authorities for NOC/ other issues, outage schedule, technical issues, availability of stores/ materials including samples, quotations as required.

· Coordinating with planning engineers to Prepare BOQ for projects and clearing projects such as on-hold, line plant waiters, site problems, traffic diversion, etc.

· Monitoring the implementation of work orders issued by client, reports and review physical and financial completion or expenses of projects and conforming that updating of records, documents and database on all projects through system.

Other special activities:

· Handling various in house teams-Approx.80 staffs working in various levels)

· Supervision of Contractors: This includes work allocation, set target completion dates, material arrangement, field supervision, HSE, technical support, monitor the progress, material reconciliation, evaluation, quality check, etc. Finally, Process contractors diary sheets/ invoices for payment.

• Supervision, Installation, Termination, Testing &Labeling of SYSTIMAX structured cabling system (Copper &Fiber) for LAN, Telecom ISP & OSP networks.
• Attending Trouble Tickets, C.S.R &Work Orders by Aramco IT system
• Installation, Maintenance, Programming & Troubleshooting of Meridian Telephone system & Norstar (PABX) Key Telephone System &Configuration FAX machines, Hotlines, Emergency, Explosion Proof Telephone.
• Comply with all company Health, Safety, Security& Environment as well as Work Permit Policies& Procedures.
• Updates Drawings, Records and other Documents related to Telecom, LAN &OSP.

• Installation &Maintenance of Norstar, Meridian &Ericsson PABX system Repairing of Meridian, Nitsuko, Panasonic &Ericsson digital Telephones &Fax machines
• Supervisor, Installation, Termination, testing, Labelling & maintenance of AVAYA Structured Cabling Network Solution of Telecom and LAN (Copper& Fiber)
• Site survey, designing &executing cabling network for Data, Telecom &OSP
• Installation, assembling of communication Racks, cabinets Providing power supply
• Supporting to install Hubs, Switches, and Routers /Servers in the comm Cabinet

• Installation, termination, Testing &Labeling of Lucent Systemax Power sum & Giga Speed cable
• (Horizontal& vertical Cables) and Fiber optic cables
• Installation, assembling of communication Racks, cabinets wall mounted cabinets, Hubs, Switches, and Routers &Servers in the Cabinet & coordinating with Client
• Designing & Executing cable network in small projects
• Installed Lucent Structured Cabling Solution in Saudi Telecom Company (Saudi Arabia), SAMBA, S.A.B.B, EXXON MOBIL, ALESSAYI, ALIFTA& other places in Saudi Arabia.
