
I am an ambitious medical officer with a 4 year working experience between Sudan and Saudi Arabia. I have worked in hospitals with few resources where I learnt how to deal with stressful situations and how to manage them well. I'm a goal oriented person and I strive to have a prosperous career in the future. I have an extroverted personality, hence I love to work in teams and it helps me in communicating with difficult patients.
• Take a thorough history from patients and perform physical examination.
• Reach a provisional diagnosis for patients
• Design individualised plans with patients for various illnesses, working
closely with specialists and care providers for best treatments.
• Educate patients on treatment options for various illnesses,
collaborating with specialists to provide thorough education.
• Prescribe medications orally and via intravenous injections.
• Cover outpatient clinics under the supervision of the registrars and the consultants.
• Prepare the operation list weekly.
• Assess the preoperative patients, which includes taking history, perform
examinations and request/ review investigations.
• Assist the ENT consultants in theatres.
• During my internship year, I completed three months of rotational shifts across various specialties and hospitals.

• Attend the consultants major rounds twice/ week.
• Attend the weekly teaching sessions.
• Perform procedures which include: cannulations, venipuncture, ABGs,catheterisations, etc.
