My motivation is that I work in different kind of chefs and also work with different kind of hotel and restaurant and with my experience which I have learned during my working period in those file I reallreally learned a lot about the tourism hospitality.and after wards I have lot of experience how to operate a kitchen and how to cook different kind of food especially like Mexican food and beyond and I also learned how to prepare European food. And this why went the time I was working at elsol Mexican cuisine bar and restaurant day promote me as a sou chef because day really appreciate my work. And am a really hardworking guy who is able to do all the things which day gave me to do as well. And I can make foo and also know how to make order food too.And I wil be also ready to work with my new members too and thank you.
* I was working at elsol Mexican cuisine bar and restaurant as a sou chef and I was having a big roll to play because I was after the head chef and I am the one who is responsible to check all the items which are available or not available so that I can give report to my chef, and I also responsible for checking the fridge and the freezers wether day are clean or I also responsible to making the shopping list everyday,and before we go home I will make sure that all the using materials which were used are wash and park them accordingly and the kitchen also should be clean and tidily and this was my roll as a sou chef in elsol
