· Review safety procedures as submitted by the contractor and ensure implementation follows contractual/Legal requirements.

· Issuing and reviewing Site Observations Report/Notice (SOR/SON) proactively to instruct the Contractor during activities execution.

· Issuing Non-Conformance Reports/Notice (NCR/NCN) to record contractor specifications breaching.

· Review the corrective actions proposed by the contractors, respond/follow-ups, and close out procedures.

· Ensuring all activities on site are following safety procedures in respect of the format signed off by the concerned team.

· Investigate accident/incident and prepare the report accordingly.
