• To ensure the timely submittal of all project submittals and obtaining approvals. (Samples, Shop Drawings, Design Details, Work Procedure, Method Statements, Schedules, Programs etc.)
• To schedule and plan all project activities in line with Master Program in co-ordination with the Planning Engineer.
• Assignment of all projects related activities to all resources.
• To evaluate the requirement of all project resources (materials, machinery, manpower) as per schedule and arrange for the availability of the same.
• Oversee and manage day-to-day MEP site activities (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting).
• Ensure MEP works are executed according to approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
• Monitor manpower deployment, equipment usage, and material availability on site.
• Review plans and specifications during schematic design of pre-construction to identify potential risks, technical constraints and code issues.
• Develop short-term construction plans in line with the overall project schedule.
• Coordinate with planning and engineering teams to align site execution with project milestones.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress of MEP works.
• Coordinate MEP services with civil, architectural, and structural works to avoid conflicts.
