I am the Head of Operations at Eureeca, a multi-regulated global investment platform that matches individual and institutional investors with growth and pre-IPO companies which I worked on developing and growing over a 12 year commitment.

I am responsible for overseeing various products and projects with the aim of further scaling and growing our business. I also oversee the Curation and Closing departments focusing on the financial, structural, and legal aspects of the SMEs that apply in order to ensure that investors visiting the platform are provided with the information they need in order to make an investment decision.

• Leading the creation, maintenance, and expansion of the Investment Review Committee responsible for approving company investment proposals hosted on the platform.

• Conducted financial due diligence including driving the analysis of the target's historical financial statements and projections, quality of earnings, working capital, and potential liabilities and risks which could impact the valuation,
