Projects consists of 31 VVIP villas in the new development luxury area of Al Zorah Ajman

• Villas are stand alone with infinity swimming pool and Jacuzzi located directly on the beach front
• Organizing Daily tasks, duties and activities to site engineers and foreman’s
• Coordination with consultant and Client for inspections, progress, mockups and approvals
• Arranging Mockup for materials, installation and details for approvals
• Overseeing all finishing works from in-house and subcontractor teams
• Assuring all works are as per MSRA and to match the quality required by the consultant and the client
• Assuring high level of quality of works and finishing
• Finalizing technical details with the Engineering department and consultant
• Coordination between Civil and MEP teams in regards of finishing work to get clearances
• Ordering material and miscellaneous items as per site requirement
• Assuring that work progress is as per site plan, program and project baseline
• Attending site walks with client, end user and consultant on weekly basis.

Downtown Views II by EMAAR

Right next to Dubai mall in downtown Dubai. The project consists of the 3 luxurious residential towers 56, 61 and 65 story and 4 Podium levels With swimming pools and common areas with a view directly to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall fountain

• Directing Site Engineers, foreman’s and subcontractor on daily tasks and activities
• Coordination with consultant and EMAAR for snagging, de-snagging, PQA and CHO inspections
• Apartment handover to EMAAR PQA and CHO teams
• Overseeing all finishing works from in-house and subcontractor teams
• Assuring all works are as per MSRA and to match the quality required by the consultant and the client
• Façade work supervision and coordination with sub-contractor
• Coordination between Civil and MEP team for clearances and work plan and progress
• Finalizing technical details with the Engineering department and consultant clearances
• Coordination with the QA/AC department, Consultant and Client with all inspections.

The Gate By EMAAR

High end luxury residential project located in Dubai Creek Harbor consisting of 30 Story building, 36 Story building, 2 basements, 30 Townhouses

• Execution of Finishing works" Block work
• Plaster work, Paint, Cladding, façade, Gypsum dry wall, false ceiling works and tiling work, etc..
• Handing over to EMAAR PQA and consultant for snagging and De-snagging
• Successfully handed over a townhouse mockup to EMAAR ID and finalized all details and material
• Façade work supervision and coordination with sub-contractor
• Workflow and progress to match project timeline with coordination with Planning Department
• Finalizing technical details with the Engineering department and consultant
• Assuring the quality is according to EMAAR standards with coordination with the QA/QC team
• Coordination between Civil and MEP teams in regards of finishing work to get clearances
• Assisting with the design department with problem solving
• Coordinating between several sub-contractors in regards of Progress, quality, billing and safety.

Project is located on the waterfront of the new developed island of Dubai Creek Harbor where its consisting of: 3 Buildings (7, 9, 21 Story buildings) with a 2 basements podium

• Concreting works "Post Tension Slabs, RCC Slabs, Pile caps, Raft and foundation
• Formwork installation "Peri formwork for vertical, Peri jumping
• Handing over elements for consultant and Dubai municipality approvals
• Organizing activities within the project timeline plan
• Assuring the quality to be up to standards
• Achieving a 5 slabs per month cycle
• Coordination between Civil and MEP teams
• Assisting with the design department with problem solving
• Managing subcontractor’s activities, billings, program and quality
• Finishing works in the basement area "epoxy paint, road marking and signage".
