- Contributed to the technical foundation by assisting with circuitry and schematics and facilitating access to essential materials for rigorous drone testing.

- Managed the project timeline through the creation and development of a Gantt chart, ensuring smooth task execution and alignment with research goals.

Reverse Engineering of an Air Foil, [MARCH 2025 — MAY 2025]

- Used a Handy Scan device to scan the original body of the air foil

- Used the VX Elements Software to clean the scanned file from any sort of irregularities in the shape and merged multiple versions of the scanned shape to have an as accurate scan as possible

Used the mesh and integrated it in CATIA DS software for the surfacing of the air foil.

Designing and Manufacturing a Centrifugal Water Pump, [MARCH 2024 — MAY 2024]

- Worked on designing the main shaft which the impeller will use as a support using SolidWorks software.

- Produced working drawings for the parts including the fits and tolerances for the team to manufacture

- Assisted in the manufacturing of the shaft using the lathe machine and milling machine to produce the keyway for the impeller to be on.

Analysing Honeycomb Lattice Structure, [FEBRUARY 2023 — MAY 2023]

- Worked in a group of three and successfully made one of the most technical reports in the last 10 years explaining the behaviour of the honeycomb lattice structure under different types of forces.

- Used Ansys software to conduct correct analysis for the model including the behaviour under axial forces and the harmonic response which can indicate vibration damping capabilities.
