• Projects: Civil inspector Engineer of 20 Housing Units, Mosque, Imam Room and shops at Caboot wilayat Shaleem Dhofar.
• Job Responsibilities:
• Technical supervision of the executed work on site by the contractors to review the design /shop drawings and specifications.
• Executing the daily site activities, report and maintaining the daily log sheet.
• Reviewing the technical submittals, method statement, submitted by the contractor
• To issue the field instruction time to time as per site condition.
• Inspection of the quality of work done by the contractor in the field.
• To comment and closeout the inspection requests on a daily basis.
• Review the approved shop drawing, RFIs, method statement, before going to the site for executing the inspection requests raised by the contractors.
• Co-ordinate in the meeting with the client’s representative and contractors engineers.
• Monitor and implement adopted QA /QC Procedures agreed with the PM and Employer Representative.
• Reviewing minutes of the preparatory meeting and inspect the safety to include compliance with and upgrading of the safety plan and activity hazards analysis.
• Review of contractor's claims and issuance of the Site & coordination with the Project Management Team.
• Monitoring contractor's safety performance and providing advice and ensuring strict compliance.
• Follow the Concrete Slump and Temperature.
• Follow-up with contractors and Co-ordination with MEP subcontractors.
