Assumed Corporate Sales functions for two brands, Frederic Malle and By Kilian, while also supporting the Commercial team with other brands such as Tom Ford, Estee Lauder, Clinique and other niche brands that are a part of the company's portfolio.

• Most functions revolved around periodic performance monitoring to identify and solve operational issues, as well as to identify potential opportunities in certain markets or stores. This included continuous liaising with our various partners in the supply chain to maintain a healthy relationship with the various key partners to ensure healthy performance.
