• Provided subject matter expertise to assist Jacobs design and construction management staff in improving the project quality program efforts
• Performed and generated monthly audit reports; weekly Quality KPI status reports and reviewed daily surveillance reports from inspectors in order to meet organizational needs and requirements
• Improved turn around time for review of documentation by 50% by organizing workshops to discuss the pertinent issues with the Contractor team

• Ensuring appropriate corrective and preventive action on non-conformances (NCRs) and CARs
• Development of keynotes and checklists from approved company/subcontractor method statements, quality control procedures and inspection & test plans as appropriate for the guidance of site engineers and inspectors

• Field inspection of civil works in gas plant with H2S hazard
• Introduced the concept of QA/QC Toolbox talks in the company to educate skilled workers on proper methods of execution of each construction stage before the works commencing and delivered 95% improvement in workmanship

• Performed Quality Control inspection for precast panels, tank construction, road construction, waterproofing, tank cathodic protection systems

Ruwais Refinery Expansion Project -Managed the field quality control for EPC3,5 & 6 civil works packages reporting to the PMC Quality Manager

Khalifa Port and Industrial Zone Projects - Industrial Zone area A of the Khalifa Port and Industrial Zone (KPIZ} Abu Dhabi. I supervised parts of contractor Habtoor Leighton Group's scope of work in KPIZ which included:12 million cubic meters of earthworks, 18 kilometers of three, four, five, and six-lane dual carriageways, four bridges, 39 major services culverts and bridges, Seven kilometers of mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) walls, 31 kilometers of electrical reticulation, 39 kilometers of telecommunications distribution, 90 kilometers of pipelines.

• Developed regular status reports for the client, and the Quality Director, detailing the status of QMS and recommending actions to be taken 100% inspection for piling works for pipeline culvert crossing (900+ piles), building works for a plant office complex, internal refinery road construction, precast yard 100% inspection for design and quality control in the production of the precast footings (United Precast Concrete, Mussaffah, Abu Dhabi)
• Guided Contractors to improve their inspection request system resulting in a reduction of the reject rate of 90%

• Responsible for construction coordination and quality assurance compliance of Contractors on a project involving dredging and reclamation, site preparation, plant road network construction, non-process buildings and civil infrastructure construction
