• Financial Optimization: Balanced detailed cost-benefit analyses to validate strategic Repair vs. Buy and External vs. In-House sourcing pathways to maximize lifecycle cost management.
• Contractual Auditing: Performed component identification, structural defect assessments, and contract analyses to enforce vendor performance guarantees and secure financial milestones.
• Reverse Supply Chain: Orchestrated the end-to-end Repair & Overhaul (R&O) reverse supply chain lifecycle, executing physical part verification, system repair order creation, logistics dispatch, and final return-to-inventory tracking as serviceable assets optimized for immediate aircraft re-installation

• Asset Tracking & Records: Monitored widebody component technical records (including slide rafts, EEC/FADEC, avionics, cabin, and airframe parts) to maximize asset utilization and control operational spend.
• End-of-Lease Handovers: Spearheaded the End-of-Lease (EOL) de-registration process for the Airbus A330 and A340 fleets in close coordination with corporate Asset Management to prepare aircraft for lessor redelivery.
• Risk Mitigation: Audited complete shop repair histories and validated precise usage histories on maintenance release certificates to eliminate financial non-compliance penalties during lessor returns.
