● Assist in prescription preparation including compounds and ensure compliance.

● Count, measure, package, and label prescriptions efficiently.

● Organize and file completed documentation in alignment with pharmacy protocols.

● Refer clinical inquiries patients needing counseling to the pharmacist and ensure medication compliance.

● Perform final prescription and compliance pack product (unit dose packages) checks.

● Manage inventory, cash register and transactions.

● Adhere to confidentiality and privacy requirements.

● Handle third-party billing, drug audits and manual account management.

● Manage incoming faxes and file documentation per standards.

● Monitoring inventory levels and order drugs as needed.

• Assisting the pharmacist with the preparation, packaging, and distribution of patients' prescriptions.

● Regularly inspect expired drugs and be responsible for their safe disposal.

• Filling prescription orders.
• Handling transactions (debit, credit, cash) when patients come to pick up their prescriptions.
• Accepting customers' refill requests, queries on the telephone, and assisting them.

● Resolve the claims of third-party payers and bill them accurately.

● Making compliance packs and assist patients in providing best care.

● Returning and making claims for damaged and expired drugs.

● Transferring and receiving drugs and maintaining and adjusting inventory count.
