Oversaw overall planning and monitoring of ongoing projects in Mozambique, Burundi, Uganda, Burkina Faso, Nigeria, Morocco, Georgia, Moldova and facilitated within project and head office teams for effective co-ordination in engineering, receipt of materials at site and optimal use of site resources leading to expediting completion of OHTL projects. Projects in Mozambique, Nigeria, Morocco are completed and others are in advanced stages of completion.

Initiated Assets Rental Division to generate revenue by renting out EPC OHTL Assets to various EPC Contractors in the country. Lead team to ensure all assets were accounted, maintained and ready for use at a short notice. Successfully canvassed this new activity within OHTL business community and secured business with 80% ROI.

Worked closely with project site leadership and project teams to facilitate successful execution and completion of six legacy OHTL EPC projects with total value of 200 MUSD in a span of one year in compliance with all Client requirements and without receiving delay penalties.

Lead Central Planning and Monitoring Team working together with site based Project Control Heads, Project Managers, Site Managers and Engineers in all International projects spanning geographies of East Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa and South America.

CPMG team facilitated timely support to site team coordinating between Tenders, Engineering, Procurement divisions. Activities involved daily monitoring progress of site activities and raising timely alerts for any deviations observed in actual Vs planned execution progress and completion of works within estimated costs.

Annual budgets were compiled with inputs from all departments and presented to commercial for review and top management approval.

In addition to Waste Water Treatment Plant business, responsible for Estimation and Execution of EPC Projects and facilitate provision of technical resources for Oil and Gas Projects.

Executed under EPC Projects - construction of four waste water treatment plants with combined value of 70 M USD and managed average team of 100 personnel at construction sites. In addition to EPC, executed Operation and Maintenance of Sewerage Treatment Plants.

Executed under EPC re-measurement contract projects of Operation and Maintenance of 52 Sewerage Pumping Stations in Abu Dhabi, Refurbishment of Mafraq Waste Water Treatment Plant of operating at capacity 600,000 m3/day and construction of three public parks. Managed average construction team of 200 personnel.

Executed under EPC re-measurement contract projects of High Voltage Electricity Transmission lines in Lebanon with total length of 187 Kms. Done pre-bid walkover surveys in Lebanon and Cyprus. Actively involved in maintaining records and pursuing time and cost claims.
