Developed concept designs for the YAS Island Campus, which included floor-plans, costings, High-Level Systems design, workflows, and MEP quantization for the C39, C40, and C41 Buildings.
Additionally, I successfully managed the complete migration of TwoFour54 Teleport NOC and Antenna farm from their previous location at Khalifa Park to the state-of-the-art Mussafah Studios Facility.
My responsibilities also encompassed overseeing the deployment of Creative Hub Systems, executing the design and implementation of the Campus-wide Audio & Video systems.
Al Jazeera MCR/Teleport Project
Member of the permanent on-site Project Management Office (PMO) playing a crucial role in maintaining seamless continuity between the PMO team and the Broadcast Work stream leads.
The primary focus of this role is to work closely with the customer, ensuring their satisfaction, while safeguarding the technical integrity of the project at all times.
The team's dedication and great spirit shined through as they navigated a challenging environment, facing relentless daily obstacles with determination.
With responsibilities of ensuring the smooth integration of project work streams, not only at a high level of CAR, MCR, Teleport NOC but also by coordinating with subcontractors who supply Antennas, L Band and compression systems.
These needed to be effectively integrated with internally designed baseband and IP systems, resulting in a well-defined workflow tailored to meet both the current and future needs of the customer.
Moreover, the PMO was tasked with overseeing Civil works, including the construction of Antenna foundations and the building of two High Spec Antenna apparatus rooms.
These rooms will house all the necessary broadcast equipment, complete with power, Aircon, and technical fit-out of the Teleport C.A.R., boasting over 120 equipment racks.

Al Jazeera Transformation Project
In this role, I held the responsibility for the installation of all broadcast systems in the new Al Jazeera Arabic building.
Maintained positive customer relations by addressing problems head-on and implementing successful corrective actions.
It was a highly demanding job that came with significant challenges, but it also provided a great deal of personal satisfaction.
Responsible for all O.B trucks and design of 10 cam HD OB truck, was also responsible for seamless productions of Cypriot football for CYTA across the whole of the country, including a couple of Champions league games.
Du & MBC 4 channel TX Disaster Recovery
Responsible for System Architecture, final design and project Management of the Du 4 channel TX systems, whole project squeezed into an 8-week time line
Bloomberg Africa Project
Responsible for System Architecture, final design and overseeing pre-wire of all broadcast systems, Requirement for Bloomberg Africa is 1 HD and 10 SD Channels, HD news studio with PCR ,ACR 12 Edit suites, ingest area, SAT/MCR area and TX supported by a large C.A.R, systems will be taking feeds from Bloomberg in London as well as numerous bureaus throughout Africa, including a studio in Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
Pr-fabrication was done in the UK and then shipped to Lagos and SA.

Working in a group of 20 engineers and a rack space of 900 racks, I was working on the Design of the Studios, which has a team of 3 engineers working to create a modern and uniquely studio environment tailored specially for B-SkyB's current and future needs.

Responsible for the following Areas design and installation, Main C.A.R Infrastructure (1200 Racks overs 4 floors), Graphics (apple & VizRT Systems), Broadcast Routers and overall system Architecture, Broadcast & Technology Network Architecture.
