• Daily operation day by day schedules the work with our team. • Responsible for all the mechanical and technical maintenance and HVAC equipment Plumbing activities within the property.

• Supervise and control the preventive maintenance schedule. • Supervise and participate in installing, maintaining and operating hotel machinery equipment and related systems.

• Supervise and participate in fabricating, maintaining, installing and repairing plumbing and sanitary facilities.

• Supervise and participate in painting and varnishing surfaces, trimmings and fixtures of the building and other structure.

• Prepares purchase request pertaining to equipment.

• Responsible for the health safety of the property.

• Attends regular communication meetings with the staff, Director of engineering /Assistant director of engineering and other department if necessary.

• To assist in coordination of administrative duties.

• To support the development of technicians and team leaders in the department.

• To provide excellent service to internal customers as appropriate.

• To maintain positive colleague interactions with good working relationship.

• To handle all the complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.

• Coordinate with other department’s to ensure their satisfaction on quality and progress.

• Create departmental training programs among engineering employees and create opportunities to multitask.

• Distribute the work to subordinates accordingly to their capabilities in order to get the best results to the specified standards

• Coordinating with contracting company for the type of work to be carried out.

• Knowledge of BMS system ( building management system) Take daily log readings of all equipment and system write daily report.

• Make sure the materials needed to perform jobs are available prior to commencing work.

Responsibilities:

· Handling guest floor area and resolving gust complaints.

· Senior operator of Water treatment plant and testing parameters.

· Senior operator of sewage treatment plant and handling chemicals.

· Senior operator of R.O plant

· Senior operator of pool plant and testing and maintaining pool parameters.

· Maintenance of fire hydrant , sprinkler and operation of fire pumps

· Supervise and Handling the guest complain related plumbing

· Maintenance of all chillers pumps.

· Senior operator TSE Plant.

· Handling and supervising paint and polishing team in the hotel.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office

· Well versed with the use of Internet

· Basic knowledge of HLP

· In charge of Water treatment plant and testing parameters.

· In charge of sewage treatment plant and handling chemicals.

· In charge of R.O plant

· In charge of pool plant and testing and maintaining pool parameters.

· Maintenance of fire hydrant , sprinkler and operation of fire pumps

Involvement in successful building & construction projects.

· Experience of specialist equipment i.e. surveying, measuring and power tools etc.

• Installing and maintaining domestic hot and cold water system.

Responsibilities:

• Fitting pipe work to kitchen sinks, baths, W.Cs, and central heating boilers.
• Comprehensive installation of bathroom and kitchen systems
• Installation and maintenance of central heating systems (in both domestic and commercial properties)
• Unblocking drains and tracing the layout of pipe work around the property
• Fitting and repairing taps, rowans and down pipes
• Installing and repairing domestic kitchen systems
• Installing and maintaining domestic hot and cold water systems
• Install new plumbing systems of water, gas, steam, heat, drainage, sewage and maintain existing systems
• Inspect pipes and joints of boilers, heaters, valves, pumps, sinks, commodes, tanks, and related components to locate malfunctions
