• Inspected and tested equipment, machinery and components to diagnose issues, recognize defects, and determine appropriate repairs.

• Dismantling, assembling & inspection of tubes, tie rods and baffles of shell & tube

exchanger.

• Alignment of timing pulley & checking of belt tension of air-cooled exchanger.

• Hazard identification in the work location and following the steps to eliminate the

hazard.

• Maintaining checklist of the dismantled equipment and keep a record of the same.

• Familiar with different drawings like P&ID, GA drawings, isometric

• Erection, installation, levelling, reinstatement, and box up of all types of equipment in the oil and gas plants such as vessels, columns, exchangers, pumps, and cooler.

• Familiar with the usefulness of various tools, tackles, lifting and rigging.

• arrangements, safe working standards like permit to work holder (hot work, cold work, confined space, LOTO system, lifting activities & vehicle entry).

• Inspection & replacement of demister pad in low temperature separator.
• Maintenance of all types of valves in oil & gas field.

• Inspection & replacement of pressure safety valves.

• Strainer clearing & priming in pump suction to provide better suction without air bubbles.
• Inspection of reciprocating pump discharge accumulator pressure.
• Checking of pump bearing temperature & lubrication system.
• Checking of pump foundation bolts tightness.
• Pump alignment with help of fixtures & dial gauges.
