• Create Purchase Orders, Delivery Tickets & Purchase requisitions in SAP.
• Create & Closing Assembly Work order for Workshop in SAP to bring the finished materials in stock.
• Perform Cycle Count in SAP - Daily basis.
• Coordinate with Logistics for Inbound & Outbound Shipments.
• Issue parts from store to Operation against SAP Assembly Work order
• Write-offs Scrap materials in SAP
• Creating & Closing work orders for machine shop.

Pick and pack the materials as per the Pick List

• Receive parts from regions.
• Prepare inspection sheet for the materials received.
• Established controls and operating procedures for functionality, safety and long-term durability.
• Update Storage Bin Location in SAP as per physical
• Inspect Tools as per Customer order & requirements.
• Annual Physically Inventory count.
