As someone passionate about hospitality, I am fascinated by what is on the cutting edge of the industry. I like to see how boundaries can be pushed in the hospitality industry when it comes to things like service structuring, employee management and care taking, pricing methods and coming up with new creative methods to serve unique concepts to a variety of customers around the world. My personal goal is to launch my own hotel with a very unique concept and to reach that goal I want to learn about, work in and practice various different departments in a hospitality organzition before I am ready for ownership.
