- Lead the monthly review and consolidation of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow) and deliver MIS reports to CEO and Finance Manager.
- Prepare and analyze budgets, business plans, cash-flow forecasts and working-capital reports, providing management with insights and recommendations for decision making.
- Drive ERP implementation and automation projects (SAP, Oracle), including system integration in coordination with IT and software development teams.
- Implemented and managed Oracle FCCS for monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidation across 5+ entities.
- Coordinated with the FTA during audits to resolve outstanding issues, resulting in zero penalties and reduced significant exposure for the company.
