  • Company Overview: Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Modon Holding P.S.C.
  • Lead the monthly review and consolidation of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow) and deliver MIS reports to CEO and Finance Manager.
  • Prepare and analyze budgets, business plans, cash-flow forecasts and working-capital reports, providing management with insights and recommendations for decision making.
  • Drive ERP implementation and automation projects (SAP, Oracle), including system integration in coordination with IT and software development teams.
  • Implemented and managed Oracle FCCS for monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidation across 5+ entities.
  • Coordinated with the FTA during audits to resolve outstanding issues, resulting in zero penalties and reduced significant exposure for the company.
  • Supervise month-end closing processes, including reconciliation of ledgers, finance cost, accrual, amortization and lease liability accounting, revenue recognition.
  • Analyze and file VAT and corporate tax returns after being reviewed by tax consultant; monitor and interpret evolving corporate tax laws for group impact (Tax impact on Related party transaction and opt for realization or accrual basis).
  • Support external auditors in quarterly and year-end audits through timely preparation of schedules and working papers.
