  • Designing an environment and social management plan for the community access roads in Mwoya District.
  • Implementing the ESMP for the community.
  • Seeking wayleaves in the community access roads to enable the construction since the project is not compensating.
  • Sensitize the communities on the benefits of the project in their communities.
  • Handling environment issues like the supervision of extracting marrum from the barrow pits and also recreating the extraction areas.
  • Capturing GPS coordinates for community access areas.
  • Handling grievances arising from the project and drawing the grievance management plan.
  • Supervising the destruction of property in the way leaves for the access roads to see that the communities don't lose so much of their vegetation.
