- Make sure copy of the permit is on the site
- Ensure site preparation by making sure there is cold water, Correct Tent, Wind socks, Rest Room, Emergency assembly point and barricade BF when necessary.
- Attach the necessary documents to the permit to the Issue Authority for the permit to be signed (Task Risk Assessment, Method Statement, Drawings)
- Make sure all workers are following the ADNOC Onshore safety rules
- Encase of Emergency, Stop the work and Evacuate the Area
- Check and make sure all tools are properly calibrated with certificates
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors;
- Monitor /ensure proper safety signs, usage of PPE.

- Ensure all unsafe acts and conditions are rectified with the assistance of Supervisors and Construction Team.
- Coordinating with the risk assessment team and reduce the risk level on Site.
- To participate and contribute in Task Risk Assessment Meetings.
- Participate & coordinate Emergency Drills.
- Arrange and Record HSE Minutes of Meeting and Follow up its actions.
