• BIM Modeling: Create Building Information Modeling (BIM) models using Revit software, including 3D models of Architectural, Structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
• Coordination: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Architects, Structural Engineers, and Interior Team) to ensure the integration of various building components in the BIM model.
• Detailed Documentation: Generate detailed construction documentation, including plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and material take-offs, from the BIM model.
• Family Creation: Create custom families and components in Revit to address specific project needs or unique design requirements.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure that BIM models and documentation adhere to industry standards, codes, and project-specific requirements.
• Revision Management: Manage and track revisions and updates to the BIM model, maintaining a history of changes for auditing and future reference.
• IFC Drawings (Issued for Construction Drawings) provide detailed and comprehensive information about the project, including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing details. They include precise measurements, specifications, and instructions that contractors need to execute the project accurately
• As-built Drawings, also called record drawings, document the actual, on-site conditions of a project after construction is complete.

• Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate projects, explain project and company features.
• Owning the responsibilities of Plumbing & Fire Fighting System integration with other building services and assisting the lead design / Layout coordination in spatial coordination to build and achieve assemble and maintainable synchronization of multiple services required by the facilitates.
• Preparation and Submission of

a) Schematic drawings

b) Floor Layouts

c) Toilet drainage & water supply layouts.

d) Pump Room layouts.

e) Clash free Coordinated layout drawings.

• Checking the drawings as per the checklist.
• Getting approvals of all above drawings from Consultant and Client for the and handing over the GFC (Good for Construction) drawings to the Construction Team.
• Co-ordination with other services PHE related requirement.
• Preparation of coordination drawings.
• Responsible for any site related design and execution issues.
• Raising RFI.
• Visiting project sites for checking the work execution based on the design.
• DBOQ Preparation.
• Monitoring the progress against the approved plans bringing to notice potential problems or delays.
• Handing over the Job to Construction team with approved TDS (Technical data sheets)& Drawings.

• Creating Technical Drawings: Produce detailed technical drawings, plans, and schematics using AutoCAD software based on project specifications, sketches, or instructions.
• Design Drafting: Prepare detailed design drawings and plans for Plumbing & Fire Protection Service layouts.
• Detailing and Annotation: Add dimensions, labels, notes, and annotations to drawings to provide comprehensive information for construction and reference.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure drawings align with project requirements and standards.
• Documentation: Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and related documents for future reference and documentation.
