  • Ensure with project administration team to maintain logs / record of all the deliverables and documents, i.e. NCRs, surveillance reports, site instructions, etc.  Coordinate with site supervisor / inspector to facilitate correct documentation for inspection.
  • All energy consuming devices / equipment’s i.e. lighting, motor, air conditioners etc. shall be minimum complying with ASHRAE 90.1.
  • Conduct routine site visit to ensure the work carried is in-line with the requirements in coordination with the site supervisor / inspector.
  • Respond to technical queries of the contractor.
  • Issue NCRs to the contractor if the Material and/or installation found not in line with project requirement & contract documents in coordination with site supervisor / inspector.
  • Review payment certificates / variations in coordination with the Project QS.
  • Witness testing and commissioning activities.
  • Coordinate with site supervisor / inspector to issue snag list to the contractor.
