Successfully led the entire BAS Commercial Team for almost a year in the absence of DOSM. Reopened Bab Al Shams and positioned as a RareFinds as per Kerzner Management Standards. Collaborated with Consultants and the Marketing Team to upgrade the consumer website, resulting in a threefold increase in conversion rates after traveling to Mauritius for preparation and launch. Led the transition of the Central Reservations System to enhance compatibility with Property Management Systems across all properties.
