- Led the integration process of the company and implemented new systems and processes.

- Responsible for major planning cycles of Growth Play Book (3 years forecast), SII (1 year forecast), Op Plan (current), DR reports (quarterly reporting), ensure best estimate for planning purposes by modeling various scenarios

- Led creation of Joint Venture between GE Oil and Gas and Al-Shaheen Energy Services (100% Subsidiary of Qatar Petroleum)

- Worked closely with HQ Business Development team to negotiate with the local JV partner and participated in the due diligence activities.

- Led a functional team of 15 to implement Oracle 11i Shared Services
