•Managing the insurance policies including the administration, addition, deletion of members, proper entitlement application, and medical insurance process assistance.
•Supervising and coordinating with the project managers and staff for the attendance, timesheet, and overtime for the purpose of payroll.
•Managing staff's probationary performance and evaluation to recommend confirmation or otherwise to management.
•Coordinated flights, ground transportation and hotel accommodations.
