- Financial Planning: Managing all planning and reporting requirements of MED & MEA region ($350m BU) ensuring quality and timeliness of delivery in line with Europe HQ requirements
- Coordinate with different functions , review and challenge business plan inputs provided
- Provide visibility to the management on monthly Opportunities & Risks & drive the business to build on Opportunities and mitigate Risks
- Detailed variance analysis of Month and YTD Actuals vs Plans and aligning the next course of action for rest of the year
- Manage preparation of the long term - three year/five year strategic plans
- Month Close and Reporting: Manage month end close in line with European timelines which is timely and accurate and ensure appropriate visibility to the organization
- Business Partnering with Commercial Teams: Influencing commercial teams decision making taking in to account financial metrics & coach commercial teams to update them of financial know how

• Worked as the expert financial resource of different Category teams within the GCC Business Unit ($400m BU), the role was to ensure that the financial targets are delivered and that all financial issues are quickly identified and addressed
