  • Ensure the leased Machineries for RIG operation (Abraj Energy services) are operational 24/7and maintained to meet their requirement. Attend Quarterly HSE meeting.
  • Manage & Control the full-fledged Base workshop@ MUSCAT and PDO FAHUD with qualified Engineers, HSE coordinators, Supervisors and Technicians in execution & implementation of MMS such as Preventive, Predictive Maintenance, Breakdown repairs, Routine checks. Annual maintenance, Major Over haul repairs in compliances of HSE with SAFETY FIRST motto.
  • Ensure Proper History of Fleet maintenance/ Safety checklist records are documented for anytime verification.
  • Ensure every year RC renewal, Third party inspection, RAS Inspection, MPI hook Test are carried at regular intervals in accordance to ROP /PDO mandatory requirement.
  • Monitor, review & take appropriate action at regular intervals time to time of Transport Management (IVMS tracking, Road safety, Speed Limits, Violation, Driver behavior, Journey Management)
  • Ensure PDO Staffs, Technicians, LD/HD Drivers & Operators PDO license & training courses are Done/renewed through TATI, KNOWLEDGE GRID (RNB,DD, FLOP,HIAB, H2S, SO2 AWARNESS,HSE ORIENTATION)
  • Ensure adequate stock of spares to deal with any exigencies by maintaining the inventory of EOQ.
  • Ensure the mandatory process of Motor insurance policy, warrantee claims, All risk policy are updated and renewed periodically.
  • Facilitating the process of decision making to maintain the right level of in-house asset base vis-à-vis hiring of equipment from external agencies as well.
