Roles

• Attending Hazid program with client and execution team prior initiating any critical work activities on site and will be reviewed in 90 days LAP(look a head plan).
• Conducting minutes of meeting and recording the finding s and update with the closures of it.
• HSE statistics updation.
• Conducting site inspections, having participation in management Safety Walkthroughs.
• Conducting internal training to subordinates on various safety related topics inclusive in electrical, mechanical referring to OEM specifications.
• Permit to Work coordination meetings review with area execution managers.
• Review and doing revision of all HSE related procedures and plans.
• Analysis and give approval of clearance to work fronts involving critical lifting, confined space and excavation, work at heights on scaffolding platforms by ensuring the appendix forms and procedures are in place.
• Participating in mock drills & ensuring the existing rescue procedures are applied intact and submit the reports to the client.
• Reviewing the MOS and prepare Risk assessments responding clients review comments and JSAs.
• Attending management meeting on different levels and coordinating welfare of the site employees, camp inspections. And in preparing accident investigation reports after collection of various inputs of data.
• Maintaining the tracker of master register of various monthly and weekly inspection and audit reports. And compliances with project requirements in various levels traffic management & camp welfare committee.

Project : MGS Pipeline, phase 1, substation control building construction.

Client : Saudi Aramco.

Roles

• Equipment Inspection: Inspect vehicles, power tools, hand tools, and lifting tools regularly.
• Safety Communication: Ensure safety posters, hazard alerts, and promotional materials are displayed prominently on-site.
• Hazard Identification: Identify unsafe acts and conditions, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions. Conduct monthly inspections of moving equipment, fire extinguishers, and ladders.
• Incident Investigation: Actively participate in accident/incident investigations, analyze data, identify risk controls, and formulate reports and action plans.
• Life Saving Rules Implementation: Execute Saudi Aramco Life Saving Rules among subcontractors and company personnel.
• Risk Assessments: Conduct hazard, risk, and consequence assessments for pipeline commissioning, decommissioning, and demolition activities.
• Ensuring LOTO procedures are in the place.
• Ensuring LEL,UEL levels using pro gas detector.

Project 1 : NOH2, National orbital highway package 2.bridges, Includes rerouting and laying proposed new underground Utilities like Storm Water lines, Portable drinking water, TSE lines, Street pole lights, Optic fiber, Qatar armed forces lines, Intelligence Technical services, Heavy Gantry Installations, kahrahma electricity cable lines 11Kv, 24Kv, 66Kv, 220Kv and 400Kv. Underpass Tunnels. Power distribution substations. Flyovers which includes Roads under Bridges, Roads over Bridges.

Roles

• Ensuring that all subcontractors adhere and strict compliance with site HSE plan and procedures.
• Attending HSE coordination meeting with project construction team/consultant.
• Conduct investigation of all near miss cases / dangerous occurrences & recommended appropriate corrective measures.
• Ensuring that all the prerequisites meet prior to start the excavation with adequate excavation permit system in place, near live and proposed utilities, electrical and water line services and clearances of road opening permits from all public authorities, Kahrama, intelligence transport services, Qtel, fiber optic, TSE, QAF etc.
• Conducts safety meetings, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance, evaluate performance, identify corrective action, and implement follow up assessments.
• Plans, implements, and conducts preventative care, safety, and compliance training programs.
• Plans, implements, manage and maintain comprehensive environmental safety & health programs on premises or at project site locations. 
• Provides project management team with guidance on health and safety and confirm project site fulfills industry, local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
• Collaborates with management to develop an Emergency Action Plan and serve as primary contact for project site injury and incident notification, investigation, case management. Maintains a log record of inspection activities, reports, and correspondence.
• Ensures all work is performed in accordance with approved manuals, internal policies and procedures, contract documents, and good engineering practices.

Project : Habshan-Maqta- Taweelah (HMT) Gas pipelines Project of GASCO (Abu Dhabi Gas Industries Ltd).

• Pre-Commissioning Support: Monitor and support activities in well pad and MPT areas.
• Safety Induction & Training: Conduct safety inductions and training for employees and contractors.
• Equipment Inspections: Inspect vehicles and equipment, issuing Vehicle Entry Certificates as needed.
• Safety Communication: Ensure safety posters, hazard alerts, and promotional materials are prominently displayed.
• Hazard Identification: Identify unsafe acts and conditions, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions to management.
• Zero-Tolerance Enforcement: Execute Reliance Zero-Tolerance and Life-Saving Rules among subcontractors and staff.
• PTW Management: Provide training and monitoring for Permit to Work processes and hot work.
• Well Pad Inspections: Conduct inspections of well pads and safety showers, maintaining records for audits.
• PPE Training: Train workers on construction hazards and proper PPE usage in emergencies.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly HSE and environmental reports to clients.
• PSSR Review: Conduct Pre-Startup Safety Reviews with clients and contractors.
