Accountabilities:

• Review of Vendor documents- ITP, WPS/PQR, Weld Overlay procedure, Manufacturing procedure, NDE Procedure, Heat-treatment procedure, Corrosion Test procedure-IGC, HIC, SSC, Pressure test procedure, Surface preparation & Painting/coating/TSA Procedure, Method Statements etc.
• Finalizing criticality Level, Inspection Level, Product certification with Technical Team.
• Hosting Pre-Inspection meetings (PIM) & attending kick off meetings (KOM) as required to provide quality support and advice on quality deliverables.
• Attending regular Fabrication \construction meetings with Contractor and subcontractors to monitor progress and review and resolve quality issues arising.
• Review of TPIA inspection reports & addressing the concern to supplier. Discussion with supplier to have proper resolution to concern in line with project specifications.
• Coordination with vendor and Third-party Inspector for review and close-out outstanding punch list items and inspection release note.
• Ensure that inspection records are maintained in a procurement database.
• Implement Deficiency & NCR Management processes to ensure that deficiencies and non-conformances relating to vendor procurement are identified, recorded, investigated and resolved to maintain compliance with project requirements

Accountabilities:

• Attends Pre-Inspection meetings (PIM) & kick off meetings (KOM) as required to provide quality support and advice on quality deliverables.
• Ensure application of project specifications, design, international codes, standards, and procedures, best practices for Quality control, quality requirements on site, shop, vendor, FAT.
• Provide technical input the review of Nonconformance, Root Cause Analysis and monitor rework/ close as required.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry codes, standards, and regulations.
• Works across functions to identify continuous improvement
• Review of TPIA inspection reports & addressing the concern to supplier. Discussion with supplier to have proper resolution to concern in line with project specifications.
• Coordination with vendor and Third-party Inspector for review and close-out outstanding punch list items and inspection release note.
• Assessing performance of vendors based on various criterions such as review of proven record of accomplishment, percentage for rejections, quality improvement rate, timely delivery, etc.

Accountabilities:

• Ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
• Support Quality Lead for the overall performance of the audit program, and oversight on quality engineers responsible for the audit program.
• Analyze failure, and responsible for implementation of corrective and preventive actions and to respond to company.
• Manage and report suppliers'/contractor performance and make recommendations for improvements through the entire supply chain process
• Accountable for Project KPI, leading and lagging indicator identification, relevant to the portfolio as well as individual projects.
• Responsible for managing the inspection coordination of Project procurement equipment orders, liaising with the Client, suppliers, and Inspection agencies
• Coordinate, Manage and Attend Pre-production kick-off meetings, Pre-Inspection Meeting with Supplier/Subcontractor.
• Review procurement documents to ensure that quality requirements have been correctly translated into purchase requisitions.
• Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of Quality System outlined in Project Quality Plan / Inspection Test Plan.
• To witness the Performance test, No Load Run test, Mechanical Run Test, Temperature Rise test, Vibration, Noise level verification & Complete unit test of rotating equipment's like Pumps, compressor
• Witness of NDT like MT, PT & UT/ Review of Radiographic films of casting & welding
• Witnessing tests for valves- Hydro shell test, hydro seat test, pneumatic seat test, extended shell hydro test, extended seat hydro test, FET, N2 gas test.
• Raising NCR in case of non-conformity found against project spec., standard, code requirement
• Review Approval of QAP, WPS/PQR. /WPQ, NDT procedures, Heat treatment procedures etc.as per drawing, PR/MR, project requirement.
• Visual inspection of castings as per MSS SP 55 / Visual Inspection of Pickling and Passivation items, Galvanized items as per applicable specification.
• interface with clients, vendors, and third-party inspectors to ensure welding quality and performance are maintained.
• Ensure that welding operations are aligned with client requirements and project schedules

Accountabilities:

• Preparation of Quality Assurance Plan as per clients/consultants' specification, code, drawings etc.
• Development of Welding Procedure Specification and establishment of Procedure qualification Record as per code.
• Qualification of welding operators and welders as per code.
• Witnessing & reviewing reports of different heat treatment processes like Normalizing,Quenching, Tempering & PWHT etc.
• Witnessing of Positive Material Identification (PMI), Hardness Test, Tensile Test, Impact
• Test, Flattening Test, Hydro Test, and Pneumatic Test etc.
• Interpretation of Radiographic films, Witnessing of Dye-penetrant test, Magnetic Particle test.
• Ensure acceptable fit-ups including joint edge preparation and configuration.
• Perform dimensional inspection as per approved drawing.
• Monitoring wear resistance and corrosion resistance overlay welding.
• Reviewing Material Certificates, Welding Consumable Certificates & NDT Reports.
• Witnessing Ultrasonic Test Inspection of Heavy Forging at proof machining condition.
