- Responsible to create new material description by applying template & assign to organization as per the internal request
- Update existing description of the materials in the Oracle as per the request
- Creation of new bin locators in the system
- Updating min/max quantity of the materials to keep current on-hand inventory within a specific range
- Responsible to prepare weekly & monthly department reports
- Ensure compliance to the local warehousing, material handling and shipping regulations as well as maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas with safety regulations

- Segregate the used, unused, vendor & junk materials which are received from offshore through containers & baskets

- Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigate discrepancies and errors
- Trace lost parts through parts movement history system
- Coordinate with the bin management team for the lost or untraceable parts and recover them
- Recommended the Smart Warehouse Technology to the management which will reduce labor costs, increase productivity, real-time inventory tracking.
