Work closely with the top management in providing technical recommendations based on thorough Market analysis impacting the organization’s business.

ROLES AND RESPONBSIBILITIES

· Conduct comprehensive Market Research and Analysis to identify Market Trends, emerging opportunities, and Risks for supporting in key investment decisions.

· Develop and contribute to all regular market reports, in a style that is concise, coherent, and creative.

· Study and track the land bank availability, retail, and residential market performance in UAE time to time.

· Coordinate and discuss with stakeholders in techno commercial outcomes of the research.

· To articulate recommendations to the Executive board in a concise and timely manner based on analysis performed.

· Create standardized slide decks that generate high-impact graphs based on the variables underlying the information system.

· Conduct research on special topics in support of the firm’s capital raising activities.

· Prepare investor presentations and communication.

· Perform thorough evaluation of potential investment opportunities and provide useful financial analysis that results in profitable investment.

Manager - Business Solutions and Sales

Led and managed the sales initiatives for Project Management business. I have successfully won marquee projects for the JLL business achieving new milestones year after year.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible for bidding process of various corporate service lines.

· Oversee the coordination process of proposal development in the techno commercial aspect.

· Establish and track the proposal schedule to ensure achieving deadlines.

· Participate in all meetings to discuss cost review, resource allocation and other requirements to fulfil the proposal and present the proposal at Board meetings.

· Ensure appropriate correctness during negotiations of contracts, joint ventures, consortium agreements with clients and business partners and obtain final contract approval and closure from the Legal team.

· Lead the proposal and be responsible from initiation until closure and provide directions to team as required.

· Ensure implementing safety, quality, ethical standards, and Lessons learned in line with standards and guidelines.

I led and delivered assignments across India. My roles and responsibilities included sourcing leads, Market Research, report writing for development advisory scope of services including Technical Due Diligence Investment Advisory, Capex Assessment Building evaluation for key global and regional clients such as Google, TATA, Cognita, HDFC etc.,
