• Reduced the project spending by AED4 Million by Value engineering and negotiating over the specifications of the facade to meet the regulations but skimming off the excess and ensuring the design remained the same.
• Completed the VISA CEMEA HQ, Banyan Tree - Club House & Residence Projects, Dubai on time and budget.
• Promoted to Design Manager after 7 months of employment.
• Managed a construction budgets of more than $100 Million.
• Managed construction of a 96,000-square foot building.
