Baking on the other hand involves using dry it,typically an oven, but can also be done with other heat generated methods for cooking .baking gives food a different taste and flavor. meat ,fish and flower mix can be baked. in baking , whatever you imagine can be achieved, i mean , anything ;ranging from bread ,cakes , candy to chocolate confectionaries ,cookies custards , frosting icings etc .
