- Perform quality auditing for the vendor managed daily tasks like policy set up and Mid Term Adjustments

- Coordinate with actuarial / IT / Underwriting and Account Management team to fulfill rate uploads in the system due to the yearly rate changes
- Preparation on management dashboards for internal volume management and aging queue analysis
- Reporting and supporting the IT department as and when issues arise
- Liaising with Foreign branches relating to Global business support
- Keeping a tight control on compliance document collection / fine payment collection for DOH and DHA policies
- Monitoring and ensuring premiums and AML documents are collected before activating EHP and SME policies
- Preparation of Monthly Aging Analysis Report and follow up on the backlogs from vendors on vendor managed policy portfolios
