In this capacity, I partnered with the HR Director to build the HR function for a startup, taking the lead in developing and implementing comprehensive HR systems, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, remuneration, benefits, performance management, and learning and development.
Reporting to the General Manager of People Operations, skillfully designed and executed an extensive array of initiatives encompassing employee orientation, induction, engagement, learning, development, recognition, performance management, and coordinated surveys and workshops.
Reporting to the General Manager - Organizational Capability, I led the HR team in executing employee engagement initiatives across the Marketing Unit. I also supported the team in training, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
