Duties Responsibilities

      

  • Maintaining customer care excellence levels for business, VIP and other categories ,working as FTTH-GPON, Copper field technician & FDH, MDF maintenance
  • Have the knowledge in Installation, trouble shooting and maintenance of Internet, Telephone and Television over GPON Network
  • Have the knowledge in installation, trouble shooting and maintenance of Internet and telephone through Copper Network
  • Experience in termination of all kind of drop optical fiber (Faujikora, Sumitomo, Corning etc.)
  • Experience in configuration and installation of all kind of GPON devices
  • Optical Network Terminal installation with Etisalat standards (includes rosette, sockets, RJ-45& Rj-11 sockets)
  • Mediatrix IAD internal software up gradation and SIP configuration for VOIP accounts for both single DEL & PABX
  • Internet Protocol TV installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Residential Gateway & All kind of Broadband WI-FI router (Cisco, Siemens, Belkin, D-Link, Aztec etc. installation and configuration with WPS setting)
  • Double (Internet& Del)/ Triple (Internet, Del, IPTV) installation for FTTH-GPON networks at ETISALAT Academy, Dubai, UAE
