• Lead the pullthrough of GLD strategy & commercial learning programs across EEMEA countries eg.DnA 201, L3NEXT, KAM Curriculum, CFI, and Sales Force of the Future, DxU, ELS.
• Support the hiring, onboarding, upskilling, coaching and development of Country Learning Leads across my region.
• Advocate for client country perspectives to help shape global offerings, making them fit for purpose.

• Led every brand to market leadership with a positive EI >100.
• Improved OI/Sales ratio by 9 points though driving the top line, SKU management to improve PGM, and optimized Gross to Net.
• Built point system for team reward & recognition.
• Supported and developed two direct reports into global positions.
• Implemented a major re-org to further collaboration and accountablity across teams.
