• Advising the Virtuzone founders on the sale of their stake to Ascentium, a global business services platform.
• Advising Chain Reaction, one of the Middle East's leading digital marketing agency, on its sale to Publicis Groupe, one of the world's largest communications and marketing organisations.
• Advising Saniplex Group's majority shareholder on 25% stake sale to Aliph Capital.
• Advising Illumin8 Group on sale of business to Mzuri Group in the window coverings industry.
• Advising Big Bus Tours (world's largest open-top sightseeing operator) on acquisition of Tour Dubai Group.
• Advising Phoenix International (Italian extrusion dies specialist) on majority stake acquisition in UAE-based joint venture Phoenix ME.

• Assisted with executing broad spectrum of corporate transactions across MENA region, including acquisitions and disposals, group restructurings, market entry strategies, and shareholder arrangements. This included:
• Advising Cyprus-based company throughout lifecycle of acquiring medical services provider based in UAE.
• Assisting with preparing vendor due diligence reports for one of GCC's largest food retail and distribution companies.
• Assisting client with due diligence in connection with proposed acquisition of international ESG consultancy with operations in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and UK.
• Assisting global leader in security solutions with restructuring its GCC business and cash management operations.
