ADNOC SOUR GAS MAINTENANCE (as a contractor)
(Scaffolding, Thermal Insulation, Painting and Fire Proofing)

• Creating, Maintaining, and Reviewing the Program of Work
• Responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining data using
  (SAP PM) for maintenance, planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control
• Ensure maintenance work is focused on planning activities and executed according to the agreed schedule to achieve the required GPI score
• Monitor PM completeness and schedule/Reschedule accordingly to achieve 100% completion
• Prepare and publish a One-week Maintenance Lookahead schedule, weekly compliance
• Co-ordination with site supervisors and foremen to complete the work within the specified time
• Preparing Bill of Quantity, Project Statistics Report , Invoice's, Productivity, and Lean Reports.
• Verify the quantity of required project material
  availability and request immediately to the procurement.
• Submit Daily progress Reports, inspection requests, estimates, and all applicable Monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required
• Adjust the work schedules as needed to meet all the project deadlines. Successfully implemented project cost control procedures and monitoring
• Day-to-day management of the activities at the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force.
• Creating and maintaining the work permits as per the ADNOC rules. (Ewms)

• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• ensuring that all materials used and performed are as per specifications.
• Day to day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and work of any subcontractors
• Preparing reports for construction managers and planners.
• Supported quality standards by verifying the premium quality of on-site construction materials.
• Managed construction flow and timetable, liaising with architects and management teams to resolve technical issues.
• Prepared risk assessments to support safe and stable construction sites.

• Performing regular site visits, inspections, audits, and surveys
• Performing general construction duties on sites
• Supervising junior staff, subcontractors
• Working towards strict deadlines, often under continuous pressure
• Overseeing construction works being completed on-site
• Establishing a project brief and budget proposals before the start of a project
• Assessing the potential risks of projects
• Regularly checking the progress of works according to the schedule
