  • Delivering the project on time, within the budget and acceptable quality to all stakeholders.
  • Liaise with all stake holders (Main Contractors, Consultants, and internal departments) to ensure project deliverables are catered during the engineering, execution and close out of the project.
  • Undertake basic and detailed engineering, preparation of technical specifications for tenders, tender evaluation, discussion with tenderers and award of contracts, post-award review engineering of vendor's design and drawings, detailed design/engineering, etc.
  • Sizing of equipment: Transformers, Switchboards, DC and AC UPS, EDG.
  • Earthing & Lightning Protection Calculations, Lighting Calculations, Cable sizing.
  • Schedule installation and delivery time for electrical products such as cables, switchgear, generators, motors ,control panels,
  • Prepare / quantifying total material requirements for the project and ensuring timely issuance of that purchase requests to procurement.
  • Preparing the material submittals, shop drawings and method statements and reporting to the Project Manager.
  • Improving and designing electrical systems such as lighting, power, fire alarm, EM lighting, for industrial, commercial or domestic purposes.
  • Managing the interfaces and integration of the electrical design with that of other disciplines.
