• Process and coordinate surgical cases and documentation with Welcare Hospital, Spanish Eye Surgery Center, and Ebsaar Eye Surgery Center for procedures such as cataract surgery, pterygium excision, strabismus repair, LASIK, and PRK.Ebsaar Eye Surgery Center for procedures such as cataract surgery, pterygium excision, strabismus repair, LASIK, and PRK.
• Assist patients in booking and following up on their appointments.

• Handle incoming calls and messages related to appointments, patient follow-ups, and concern.

• Provide assistance and support to patients for scheduling and inquiries.
• Support the billing department with patient billing and related administrative task needed.
